For over 30 years Bill has shared his entrepreneurial, management and industry experience with his customers, staff and peers. It’s no surprise then that he was a former recipient of the George Payne Memorial Shield for outstanding service and contribution to the green industry. When he’s not looking after customers, you’ll likely find him performing member duties with the board of directors for the Ottawa Valley Turfgrass Research Foundation/Kemptville College Turf Research plots, The Ottawa Valley Turfgrass Association, The Ontario Parks Association, The
Quebec Golf Course Superintendents Association, The Canadian Golf Course Association, The Eastern Ontario Golf Course Association or Turfgrass Producers International.
As the company continues to evolve, she does too. Susan is the Co-director of Sales and Marketing, has completed Advanced Financial Management Training and belongs to the Ontario Parks Association, Ontario Recreation Facilities Association and Sports Turf Association to remain tuned into
her industry as best she can.

Co-founder of Mountainview Golf & Athletic Turf Specialists, Bill has successfully grown the company from a modest nursery sod farm into the largest agronomics and sports turf producer within Ottawa-Hull area and 401 corridor between Montreal
and Kingston.
Co-founder of Mountainview Golf & Athletic Turf Specialists, Susan has served as a founding team member and master of many tasks. When she’s not keeping herself busy in her primary role as Financial Administrator and Office Manager,
she uses her strong organizational skills to develop and implement systems that make daily operations at Mountainview run more smoothly.
Growing up in the green business is only one of the reasons that Jared is so well suited to his job. While completing his University of Guelph Diploma in Horticulture (specializing in Turfgrass and Business), he furthered his interest in the family business as a member of the University of Guelph
Turf Club and as a class executive. Now, and for the past ten years, Jared has combined his education and training to bring his best to Mountainview and its customers.
Lindsay Hamilton, with a diploma in Turfgrass Management from the University of Guelph, brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to her clients. Lindsay’s goal is to provide her clients with the customer care and service that they deserve. The addition of Lindsay has added strength to Mountainview’s current technical knowledge, while providing Mountainview with enhanced customer support and further growth opportunities. 
With over 10 years experience at Mountainview and over 20 years in related sales and customer service initiatives, Garry knows his business inside and out. He is
the past President of the Ottawa Valley Turfgrass Association and the customer representative for a wide range of well-known clientele including the Ottawa-Carleton Board of Education, Ottawa Catholic School Board, The Recreation Association and the City of Ottawa.
To help better understand the specialized needs of our golf course clients, Todd is our inside man. He has over 16 years of experience in golf course turf maintenance and is a former Golf Course Superintendent. In addition, he has completed University of Guelph turfgrass courses,
is the President of the 
Like any Mountainview team member, Pat is no stranger to turfgrass. He brings over 15 years of management, procedures and systems experience to his current position. Whether it’s insight into the proper calibration of equipment, an understanding
of irrigation systems or a timely response to customer requests, Pat is highly attuned to all aspects of our daily operations and corporate infrastructure.
As soon as Wayne completed his education, he joined the Mountainview team. That was over 20 years ago and he’s been with us ever since. In that time, he has familiarized himself with all aspects of the operation but has specialized for the last 10 years as our on-site Supervisor/Technical
Advisor and Coordinator of Sports Turf Maintenance. You’ll regularly find him managing personnel, delegating equipment deployment and utilization or generally ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
